I want to find things easily...just the other day, I wanted to know the customer care number of my bank, I could not find it easily. Since, I was not carrying my debit card, things were not so easy. So, I called up a tele-service as the last resort. Not expecting them to keep any such numbers with them (other than the mandatory office numbers), I was most pleasently surprised to get the number. Damn nice, might I say!! :) I realised that it is very very easy to call such services and get information. Now, I can keep my phone book free of such numbers, hurray!! Just Dial6999 9999, GetitNow4444 4444....and they have numbers easy to remember. Simple enough even for me :))

I must admit that the companies coming up with search engines, tele services etc are doing a damn good service to people like me, always on the move and needing information now and again. Who can carry all the cards / phone diaries.....bye bye telephone diaries... move over
